ELIZABETH HOFFMAN HOUSE SELECTION CRITERIA LIST

1. Aboriginal women and Aboriginal women with children.
2. Boys of Aboriginal women up to 12 years of age.
3. Non-Aboriginal spouses or defactos of Aboriginal men.
4. Single Aboriginal women over 18 years of age.
5. Aboriginal women who have been sexually assaulted.
6. No pets or pets for therapy.
7. No working Aboriginal women or studying whilst in the refuge.
8. No Aboriginal women with drug and alcohol addictions.
9. Might consider women on methadone, strictly staff discretion.
10. No women with psych illness.
11. Might consider women with child access arrangements, staff discretion.
    

    ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

• No connecting telephone calls for residents from their men.
• No wheelchair access.
• Two-storey building with internal stairs (No good for heart conditions).

24 hours per day, & 7 days per week
